“Finding a Balance” is the theme of this year’s Ontario Invasive Plant Council Conference!

Once again, our annual conference will be hosted virtually.

We will examine the importance of finding a balanced approach to invasive plant management by taking into account different perspectives, management approaches, and goals. The conference will encourage people to broaden their perspectives and cooperate to find a balance towards healthy ecosystems and biodiversity in a changing climate. There will be opportunities to explore strategies, programs, and partnerships. This can lead to an integrated and balanced approach towards the management of invasive plants.

Abstract Submission

Do you have a paper or presentation that fit’s our theme? We would love to hear from you!

We kindly ask that all those interested use the attached Google Form to submit their information and abstract to the OIPC for consideration for the 2024 conference. The submission deadline has been extended to 5pm EST on November 10th, 2023.
