Greetings! You are invited to help bring this 7 acres of wetland overrun with invasives back to life with native trees, shrubs and herbaceous as it was in the earliest survey. All 97.3 acres of this land will be eventually returned to Alderville First Nation as a sign of my personal commitment to the 94 calls to action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

When? Pick a weekend or weekday in June for 3-5 hours of planting

Where? SW corner of Pethericks Road and 8th Line East. Just east of Campbellford in Northumberland County

What to bring? Rubber boots, shovel, lunch, water and lots of good cheer

THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS SPECIAL PROJECT HAPPEN!

Please RSVP to janice.keil@icloud.com
